Formulated the overall vision & strategy for Data & Analytics Transformation in partnership with key leaders and stakeholders. • Establish and cultivate critical relationships with partners across the Enterprise including Architecture, Technology, Business, and Data leadership. • Led the build of a robust, scalable, and flexible Analytics Platform from end-to-end, using data & analytics best practices and business value use cases to drive development direction. • Enable full data transparency and trust by creating a robust Metadata Catalog solution, Operational Status Dashboard, and standardized Data Quality checks as core features of the Analytics Platform. • Lead and oversee 5 cross-functional scrum teams with ongoing responsibility for new Data Product development, enhancements, and maintenance of the Analytics Platform and capabilities. • Partner with Data & Analytic leadership to evolve the ongoing Data & Analytics product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and backlog. • Established and lead a large Data & Analytics Community of Practice, comprised of analytics professionals across multiple Lines of Business, to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Provide thought leadership, training & professional development recommendations, and new capability demos to drive new ways of thinking about data and analytics.
