Monitor budget performance, and make recommendations as funds are available and repairs become necessary- Manage property leasing efforts utilizing marketing plans, transaction managers, leasing brokers, and local staff assuring increased occupancies, better tenant mixes, and optimal lease rates- Achieve reduced utility consumption and cost savings through improved equipment maintenance, retro-commissioning, and operational enhancements to meet sustainability goals-Collaborate with on-site staff and insurance consultants to coordinate risk management efforts, proactively mitigating potential losses- Maintain open and transparent communications with property owners, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on portfolio performance.
