Frustrated by the long exchange times, when buyers and sellers were being let down by the process, and often falling out with each other due to the very poor communication between all parties, I needed to help the process. Working with a forward thinking conveyancer and EIG who host auctions we have provided estate agents with a dataroom where they, the seller and the conveyancer can post information that can be shared with the buyers.
