   Create and review thorough scope/design documentation for potential projects including but not limited to a scope document, KMZ files (Google Earth), Transmission Asset Mapping Interface files and FileNet (engineering drawing database). • Create and review substation and transmission line estimates at a project level.(High Voltage) • Review supplemental support estimates (Support estimates include Access Roads, Forestry, SCADA/IT Network, Testing and Commissioning, Real Estate, Project Management, Environmental and Revenue Metering.) • Coordinate with other members of the scoping and estimating team, accounting, engineering, sponsors, regional contacts and personnel from the supplemental support estimate staff. • Interpret and review actuals in comparison to estimates. • Assist in the feedback loop from project execution to ensure accuracy is improving. • Attend regional meetings with sponsors, protection, maintenance, and other stakeholders to review the status of all open estimates. • Review/approve/reject estimate requests in OPPM. • Build project schedule timelines for substation, transmission line and support estimates with correct logic.• Utilize Bluebeam, Sage, AutoCAD, OPPM, etc.
