Direct responsibilities include chartering teams and identifying key stakeholders; assessing and planning lean engagements per department; conducting value stream and gap analysis to identify patient process flow deficiencies and countermeasure actions; creating and implementing standard work tools; utilizing and teaching multiple problem solving tools; creating and presenting Lean training curriculums; implementing Kanban systems; staffing capacity studies, etc.Manufacturing:Successfully led multiple manufacturing improvement projects for Fortune 500 and Private Equity Firms. Responsible for achieving Glide-Path targets of improving throughput, decreasing waste and increasing EBITDA. Serve as on-site project team leader responsible for identifying “top losses” and improving manufacturing OEE through Lean and TOC tools to increase throughput, decrease waste and improve equipment availability and run-rate. Responsibilities include conducting manufacturing line capacity studies to identify capacity and throughput bottlenecks; conduct speed trials to achieve maximum run-rate; implement 5S and Visual Factory; improve supply chain MUV; improve labor rates; improve equipment reliability and utilization; develop standardized processes to Centerline standards; utilize problem solving techniques for root-cause analysis; transfer knowledge by teaching, coaching and mentoring leadership and front-line teams in Lean and TOC improvement tools.
