Facilitate Value Stream Mapping Events and the development of site Transformation Plans throughout the CPG vertical. Train operational personnel, from site leadership to floor associates and customer participants, exposing them to lean methodologies. In 2023-24, the Transformation Plans developed during these events identified over $16M in improvement opportunities.• Provided CI support on several projects in our distribution network for a global food, snack, and beverage corporation. At one location, I conducted an order profile and pick velocity analysis that led to the re-slot plan that was implemented. The result was an increase of 19.79% in case pick productivity and an annual savings of $69,856. At another facility, I led an Outbound Load Integrity Project, which also included a case pick re-slot effort that resulted in a 30.11% increase in case pick productivity, which equaled an annualized savings of $91,798. I also supported and coordinated efforts with the site operations and SET teams to improve the existing stage lane utilization and revising the Standard Work on these operational processes. This led to a 26.28% increase in Outbound Productivity, or an annualized savings of $318,372. These efforts also led to a year-over-year reduction in Customer Deductions at the site of 24.44%.
