Passionate about bringing therapeutics with real world impacts to the market with over 3 years of experience mentoring team members and colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes across interdisciplinary and internal projects.Experienced in various controlled drug delivery dosage forms, including production of various types of nanoparticles (micelles, liposomes, and solid particles), particle characterization, bioconjugation, and drug release analysis. Previously performed formulation screening, CQA characterization, and stability testing of various bispecific monoclonal antibody formulations. Developed TFF workflows for high concentration antibody drug products and various ICH stability testing, including temperature, UV exposure, and container closure integrity testing. Currently contributing to lyophilization characterization, cycle design, and development of product CQAs throughout manufacturing scale up for several pipeline drugs advancing within Ph2 and Ph3 trials. Developing novel formulations to enhance thermal stability of living microbial lyophilizates under accelerated temperatures.
