Tim is responsible for the provision of expert and strategic legal advice for M&A, minority investments, strategic partnerships and other corporate transactions across the LSEG group on a global basis. In addition, Tim’s responsibilities include leading the team of lawyers advising the LSEG group on anti-trust, litigation and employment law matters in addition to providing legal advice for other corporate functions at LSEG.
