An international iGaming company developing content for regulated markets worldwide, formed from the purchase of a significant portion of the Microgaming Business. I was asked to lead the commercial data and analytical function of the new business.• Built and led a team, building formal financial and operational reporting for financial and behavioural KPIs for both the formal business performance and daily operational performance. • Implemented a commercial data warehouse, reporting tools (self-service and structured), maintenance system, audit processes, work with external auditors.• Worked with multiple third parties to implement a modernised cloud reporting toolset (PowerBI) and upskilled team. Midway through project to migrate warehouse from on-prem to cloud (Snowflake)• Regular responsibility to keep CFO and CEO aware of business performance, develop financial and behavioural KPIs to view business from multiple viewpoints.• Write and implement a data governance matrix with particular focus on data accuracy and data access.• Ensure the data warehouse is compliant with ISO27001 and work with business partners to implement process for Sarbanes–Oxley standards. • Direct managerial responsibility for nine FTE, strategic data responsibility for entire department (37FTE) • Acted as project sponsor for multiple critical business projects, deep involvement in the high level of the project. • Close working relationship with legal team to manage data responsibly and draft relationships with third party companies including NDAs.• Managed global recruitment for the data function • Managed customers across multiple disciplines including sales, relationship, operations, finance and executive.• Oversight of CRM implementation (Dynamics)
