BIO: Tim Kinsella is a Vice President of Operations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba. Tim\'s primary responsibilities center around spend management for a multimillion dollar budget, staffing, capacity planning, and running the Program Management Office (PMO). These responsibilities span the entire business unit, across various disciplines and multiple geographies, ensuring hardware and software product is delivered on time, in scope, and within budget. Additional responsibilities include supporting functions needed to ensure business objectives are met. These include procurement activities,\"as-a-service\"(NaaS) introductions, KPI management, and technical documentation authoring and publication. Tim has multiple years of experience and exposure to all major company functions (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, R&D, Quality, IT, Support, Marketing, Sales, Operations) and understands what is necessary to develop and lead teams in a manner that maximizes resources to their full potential. Tim has held a variety of positions across multiple business units and geographies within HP & HPE. Early in his career Tim worked in Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Business Planning, and Business Development. He started his management career path as a Planning & Supply Chain Manager for the Americas Integration Center in Roseville, California. From there, Tim has led employees in virtually every major region of the world, and has managed a diverse set of teams, including Process Engineering, Hardware Engineering, ASIC Validation, Quality, Supply Chain, and Contact Center IT. His diverse background ultimately led to his current role as VP of Operations.Tim graduated from Sacramento State University, Cum Laude, and holds degrees in Electronics Technology and Business Administration. He also completed the Innovation and Entrepreneurship program from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and served in the United States Army – California National Guard.
