   Develop and preserve working relationships with associates, business unit leadership and HR team to successfully impact performance through efficient planning, development and training. Work closely with unit management and legal team to handle corrective actions, performance management, investigations and other employee relations issues. Facilitate discussion with unit management and associates on employment matters and legal issues. Communicate and assist in the administration of various HR programs, including; salary administration, health & welfare benefits, performance appraisal, planning, and other key programs. Administer and manage all requests for leave (FMLA & Non-FMLA) in compliance with federal and state law. Onboard 80 - 100 annual new hires taking them through orientation and getting the acclimated with the firm. Coordinate on-campus recruitment efforts in support of the National Campus Recruiting Team. Support 600 employees at a given time fielding miscellaneous benefits, payroll, policy and procedure inquiries. Created employee surveys to gather periodic feedback on the onboarding process and acclimation over an employee’s first year. Conduct exit interviews with employees voluntarily resigning to gather valuable feedback to share with leadership to determine areas we can improve. Provide support during involuntary terminations from an HR standpoint including drafting severance agreements. Obtain approvals and process bonuses, commissions and other payments in coordination with payroll and management team. Committee member in local office for planning events such as our food drive, employee outing, holiday party etc.
