Responsibilities include Maintaining budget, Organizing and planning daily work load and p.m. work load. Organizing and implementing engineering changes as per customer requests to a strict budget. Resposible for down time reduction from 18% to below 3% in less than 2 years. We have maintained less than 3% for more than 1 year at this point in time. I have Finished multiple leadership training classes with certificates including Vital supervision series. My goal is continue my path in helping to become a world class plant with whom ever or where ever my path takes me. I would eventually like to continue my path in tooling follow up and plant s.o.p.
