I am currently the NCS Youth Engagement and Retention Manager for East Anglia. Working for a leading NCS management partner with responsibility for Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. Working for Reed in Partnership, I also work closely and collaboratively with a talented supply chain of local delivery partners. With 5 Years of NCS management experience, my value is with building motivated, performance focussed teams that work with passion and integrity across our network of schools, colleges and youth focussed organisations, inspiring and motivating young people to make positive choices. Before my 5 years within the NCS contract, I successfully managed multiple Work Programme sites for Ingeus in Essex. Together my teams and offices delivered top level performance and compliance, changing the lives of thousands of people for the better via tailored support towards suitable, sustainable employment. I enjoy working with people and identifying and developing talented staff, taking pride in my staffs professional development.
