About Tim Johnson

I am a LEED accredited professional with nineteen years of construction experience and more than $450 million in total projects managed. I have been a project manager, superintendent, preconstruction manager, and risk manager which gives me a unique perspective on the many phases of a construction project. My project background includes work with Municipal and K-12 facilities as well as a in a variety of product types including institutional, multi-family, industrial, hospitality, and medical spaces as well as interior fit-outs. My ability to facilitate communication and develop strong team relationships, paired with field knowledge, lend to my ability to deliver the highest level of client satisfaction.I am personally passionate about the future generations in construction and providing alternative pathways for employment for students exiting high school and finding opportunities within the trades. This has led me to an affinity for CTE expansions in school districts as well as a role as the Education Committee Chair with the Northern Colorado Construction Sector Partnership.
