Overhead Rate Management – Lead the annual overhead rate development process, which includes developing FAR-compliant rates across HDR business segments and issuing monthly forecasts to management. Manage the Federal rate cycle, which includes developing forward pricing/provisional rates and submitting annual incurred cost submissions by business segment. External Agency Engagement – Assist with external agency engagement, including federal, state, and local government agencies. Support a variety of external agency audits and cost accounting issues. Internal Consulting – Conduct trainings and present to various operating groups across the company, including timekeeping training content delivery and compliance management training. Policy Development – Create and refine internal compliance policy documentation.Industry Engagement – Meet with internal and external leaders to discuss current regulatory trends, understand industry-level developments and provide input as needed.
