ABOUT TIM JAMES
Tim is a trusted digital health leader with more than 25 years of experience working within and alongside the NHS as a registered paediatric nurse and informaticist. He is passionate about ensuring technology genuinely improves patient outcomes and that it serves to support the healthcare workforce.As Clinical Director and Nursing Executive at Oracle Health UK, Tim leads a multi-disciplinary consulting practice of clinicians, partnering with healthcare leaders & organisations to drive successful digital transformation that is safe, human-centred, and operationally effective. His work focuses on people readiness, organisational development, care pathway optimisation, analytics, regulatory management, and executive alignment to ensure impactful change.Tim is chairman of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) Digital Nursing Forum, a Fellow of the British Computer Society, and a certified NHS Clinical Safety Officer.
