I am a private equity–backed operating executive with a track record of scaling multi-site, regulated businesses through organic growth, M&A integration, and operational discipline — building durable platforms prepared for exit.Currently, I serve as Chief Operating Officer of a PE-backed dental platform, where I previously led the organization as Interim CEO. During this period, I helped scale the business from $19M to $60M in revenue through a combination of 60%+ organic growth and six completed acquisitions, with a seventh acquisition pending that will take the platform beyond $70M. This work has included integrating founder-led businesses, executing a court-approved bankruptcy acquisition, and navigating complex operational and cultural transitions.Along the way, we professionalized operations, built scalable leadership structures, expanded into new retail channels, launched a customer-facing digital platform, and removed over $1M in structural costs while maintaining strong margins.Previously, I led North American operations for Philips Personal Health, overseeing a $1.3B portfolio across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.
