   Founded MDA Technologies Group in January Over 16 years’ experience in business management and administration and leading a team of highly skilled professionals supporting commercial and federal, state and local government clients.Established and manage a commercial business unit providing information technology solutions: custom software apps, database development, website design and development, and mobile apps.Created and managed, the DoD business unit supporting a variety of organizations for: requirements and budget planning, capability analysis, research and development and on-site user support to communications and intelligence systems.Experienced Project Officer managing the development of and providing technical expertise to intelligence systems consistent with DoD series of directives and instructions. Experience working in joint-service, multi-national, and other U.S. Intelligence Community agencies.Experienced in executing the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) for command, control and intelligence community military clients. Participated in Capability Based Assessment, and development of all analyses and documentation types, consistent with the JCIDS Manual (CJCSI 3170.X).International experience includes managing the technical analysis of the Peruvian air traffic control system, air traffic volumes, airspace topography, communication architecture and infrastructure. Worked closely with the Peruvian aviation management, military and government officials.Experience in voice and data communications system architecture design and operation.
