ABOUT TIM J. MCCORMACK
Stepping into the world of real estate in the mid-eighties, I have used my past experiences, jobs, and life to help others realize their dreams of ownership. It all started when I asked my Mom if I could open a Kool-Aid Stand in the front yard of my childhood home in Michigan. Moving to North Carolina in my teenage years, driving a School Bus at age 16, and then working in a rug plant for 3 hours ( yes, I made it a total of 3 hours), I knew I wanted to control my destiny through life. Building trust, doing what I say I will do, and finding ways to solve problems are some of my heritage. The love of helping others followed me through business, public service, nonprofits, and my faith. At Greater Impact Realty, I can utilize my gifts and talents to love and serve others through Emotional Intelligence, keen listening, and staying fully engaged in all I do. I understand that the road to home ownership and a successful real estate closing requires focused preparation, strong negotiation, and a knowledge of my clients\' goals, concerns, and dreams. I love the challenge of each transaction, and I look forward to using my unique skills, love of serving, and giving to achieve my client’s dreams. When not consumed in Real Estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife Cyndi, our four daughters, son-law, two granddaughters, and our spoiled Cocker Max, traveling and spending time with friends and family living on beautiful Douglas Lake.
