Currently employed by Guideposts and am the Services Manager of Guideposts in Oxfordshire - I have recently complete my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for adult Care. Completed September 2023. I have my NVQ Level 3 in both Social, Health Care and Playwork and have also qualified as a Level 3 forest school practitioner leading a Children In Need project in Oxfordshire and have also done an inhouse leadership and management qualification accredited by Brookes University. Also have recently complete my Level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma in Adult Social CareServices that I am currently managing and overseeing include x3 day services - A connect dementia friendly arts based group and now looking at developing a new childrens services model to benefit children across Oxfordshire
