I’ve seen how capable organizations quietly lose the ability to defend long-cycle advantage.My work examines how governance shapes decision space — and how accountability survives acceleration and AI.But certain kinds of decisions quietly stop surviving review.Learning becomes career-risky.Optionality becomes “non-core.”Long-cycle commitments narrow before anyone names the shift.That pattern — the narrowing of decision space — is what I study.My work focuses on diagnosing governing conditions: how weighting shifts, how admissibility drifts, and how strategy and execution eventually fail downstream of governance.This diagnosis is at the core of Architecture of Commitment™ (forthcoming), which examines how governance determines which long-cycle commitments remain survivable inside organizations over time.Alongside this, I develop parallel work in the AI era through AITHOR™, AiGMENT ™, GOVERNaiNCE ™ RESPONSaiBLE™, and Use AI. Optionality, once collapsed, is hard to recover.My background spans industrial operations, supply chain, and business leadership — experience that grounds the governance lens in lived institutional reality rather than abstraction.I also actively explore and evaluate new production and metallization approaches — including sodium metal, lithium metal, rare-earth systems, and advanced manufacturing processes — especially where conventional assumptions constrain cost, safety, scalability, or long-term viability.Technical constraints shape strategic futures.Governance constraints shape which of those futures remain buildable.The interaction between the two is where I spend most of my time.
