ABOUT TIM HILL

With over 18 years of experience in the field of environmental, health, and safety (EHS), I have successfully led and managed EHS programs and initiatives for various organizations in the construction and manufacturing industries. As the Director of EHS at CRB, I oversaw the EHS operations and compliance for projects across the entire USA, Canada, Switzerland, Germany (DACH Region) and Puerto Rico, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability. I also contributed to the new business development and client relations, securing and retaining multiple large contracts and partnerships. Some of my key achievements include reducing the recordable injury rate by 50%, implementing a Safety Management System that was a single system that allowed for local and regional regulations to be changed while maintaining a single Safety Management System, and winning several awards for excellence in EHS performance. My core competencies include EHS strategy, risk assessment, auditing, training, incident investigation, leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement. I have a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, and I am certified in several EHS related areas. I am passionate about creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and customers, and I am always eager to learn and grow in my field.
