I\'m committed to helping asset managers navigate the tangled web of international tax law and enabling them to better serve investors, employees and stakeholders. I thrive on challenge. I lead out International Tax Services proposition within the AIF team, in particular the impact of OECD-led international tax reform such as BEPS, Pillar 1 and Pillar 2. I advise on both fund and management group tax issues, including- legal & operational restructuring (e.g. as a result of Brexit and other regulatory issues)- salaried members & mixed member rules- carried interest & IBCI- fund structuring- mergers & acquisitions (M&A)- diverted profits tax (DPT) and transfer pricing
