Oversee the review and analysis for the Encana portfolio of customers and vendors to include: • Develop, maintain and oversee credit policies and procedures• Analyze various financial and qualitative information to make educated credit decisions• Complete and distribute to management daily/monthly reporting relating to credit in addition to addressing any ad-hoc requests• Negotiates credit provisions in various trading contracts, credit enhancements or collateral agreements • Collaborate with various groups both internal and external for credit related issues including commercial, legal, contract administration, risk management, supply chain and accounting• Foster customer relations externally for credit • Act as a contact for any audit requests• Assist with management of counterparty bankruptcies• Special projects as required
