Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist for one of the country’s largest non-profit healthcare systems—a $4 billion organization with more than employees, 17 hospitals, and 280 ambulatory facilities across Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Currently executing the company\'s internal culture rebranding. Charged with planning and executing strategic employee communications that generate awareness and reinforce key internal messages. In this role, I:• Led the strategic communications work for our values redesign, which resulted in a new set of shared values that united our culture by putting in place a common language and set of standards. This work drove deeper employee engagement because we intentionally wove the values into job descriptions, performance reviews, recruitment strategies and leadership academies. • Served as the MarComm Lead for an organization wide “values launch” - the company\'s first-ever all team member event which was celebrated with more than people to drive culture change. Created and executed the strategy and creative plan, including developing materials, scripting speeches, planning events, producing videos, and helped led regional teams in pulling off our roll-out day activities• Effectively communicated annual Open Enrollment campaigns across the organization, including education around healthcare and retirement changes. Resulting in participation by more than 90% of eligible employees.
