About Tim Hassett
I am a corporate attorney with an MBA who strives to understand both the legal and business sides of an issue. My business school education gave me a great introduction to business and finance, which I used in working for an investment banking firm and startup competition. That experience piqued my interest in corporate and finance law, prompting me to go to law school. In law school, I focused on business transactional courses and graduated in the top 15% of my class. I have used these skills to serve a variety of clients ranging from underprivileged clients while working in a law school clinic, to corporate clients while working with the in-house legal team of a Fortune 500 company. Outside of work, I am a competitive triathlete and have won multiple races, competing in distances ranging from sprint distance to Ironman.
