About Tim Hart
I have practiced for 40 years as a forensic accountant providing expert witness testimony and conducted investigations involving potential accounting fraud, bribery and corruption along with other alleged irregularities. I have been a partner at HKA since 2023.I have testified as an expert in arbitrations around the world and US and UK courts on matters of damages, accounting, finance, business valuation and fraud including bribery/corruption. My international cases have involved investment treaty and contract disputes with claims normally ranging from the hundreds of millions to billions of US dollars. Previously, I founded Credibility International in 2010. Before that, I was the practice leader of accounting and financial consulting practices at Arthur Andersen, Navigant Consulting and Huron Consulting. I am a licensed CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner.
