Operating in 50 countries and with a turnover of $38billion, supported by colleagues.Key Accomplishments:• Running a global HR Ops and HRIS team to deliver a first-class experience and service to over employees. This included, shared services, payroll, HRIS, WD deployment, People Analytics.• Delivery of the global Workday HCM implementation roadmap, leading the programme from initiation to deployment in line with the Workday blueprint and managing the global team, including our engagement partner, to ensure successful project delivery as determined by the project success criteria. • Led the continued building and development of the global HR Operations operating mode, ensuring the foundations are in place to enable global and regional support roles. In doing so, developed the capabilities across the teams so that they can partner with the wider HR teams and business in a consistent way and create scalable solutions for the business.• Led the data and insights team as they progress the delivery of their strategic roadmap, supporting the build of outputs to the business and engaging with stakeholders, particularly across HR, to highlight the journey and support required for success. Built a data set to allow review of all headcounts. Delivered a manager dashboard with employee data.• HR Operations lead on all M&A.
