Manager of IT Planning and Reporting, and responsible for Digital Business Management directorate. Provides strategic planning advice for digital initiatives to ADMs, Director Generals, Directors, and Managers. Responsible for the intake of new large-scale CIO/IMIT requests for the department, including estimates for multi-million dollar, 1-10 year initiatives, and on-going support. Completes estimates and written justifications to support CIO Treasury Board submission requests. Manages CIO/IMIT resource requests to ensure CIO/IMIT is adequately staffed/funded for our forecasted workload. Responsible for the CIO\'s Treasury Board reporting on IT/Digital Investments - DISD, DPSD, APM, MAF/RCP, IT Expenditures. Completes internal reporting on behalf of CIO and represents CIO in internal accountability discussions; Corporate Risk Profiles, Management Accountability Framework, etc. Represents IMIT at DG and ADM-level Investment Review Boards, and Enterprise Architecture Review Board. Member of Digital Oversight Committee. Oversaw the Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO), including the development and implementation of the CIO\'s Project Management Framework before transitioning this responsible to a Departmental PMO.Manages Enterprise Architecture team. Establishing capability-driven assessment at the department. Provides guidance and oversight for business-driven IT decision making policies and procedures. Currently focused on the reduction of technical debt, and policies associated with the approval of new departmental digital tools. Represents IMIT at Enterprise Architecture Review Board.Completed the Government of Canada\'s Aspiring Directors Program.
