My aim is to help the lending community to deliver more efficient digitalised solutions that are aligned to business strategies, answering business challenges and realising better outcomes and experiences for borrowers and mortgage brokers.As a mortgage \"C3PO\"(a translator droid for the non Star Wars enthusiasts) I can challenge and encourage lending operations to consider the latest digital capabilities to truly transform processes and operational efficiency. I translate business requirements into functional requirements for technical delivery. I facilitate compromise between unrealistic lender expectations and reticent technology providers.I can support lenders in drafting key requirements for RFPs, advising on RFP long and shortlists and assisting in the evaluation of RFP responses from vendors. I can support technology providers to engage with lenders and gain inclusion on RFP long/shortlists.I can act as a translator to help technology providers to better understand their lender clients, help their messages land more clearly and achieve better results from RFI and RFP submissions.
