ABOUT TIMOTHY GROVES

As a Digital Project Manager, I bring a people-first mindset and a process-driven approach to every engagement. From scrappy startups to large agencies, I’ve led cross-functional teams to deliver digital experiences that drive real results — on time, on budget, and always aligned to the client’s goals. Whether it’s user experience, loyalty marketing, or web and platform projects, I know how to manage complexity without losing sight of the people doing the work (or the ones we’re building for).My toolkit includes a blend of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies — but my real specialty is adapting the process to fit the project and team, not the other way around.Outside of project management, I live out my calling as a certified Life Coach with PROJECT ENTERCHANGE. For over five years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and groups as they grow in leadership, communication, spiritual health, and personal development. I also facilitate men’s addiction recovery groups, helping them rediscover purpose, identity, and hope.At the heart of everything I do — whether in the boardroom or the recovery room — is a belief that transformation happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
