I’m a purpose-driven HR executive leader with a passion for building organizations where people thrive and missions advance. Over the course of my career—from global HR leadership at Dell Technologies and Boeing to the U.S. Navy—I’ve led transformational initiatives that align talent strategy with business outcomes across industries, geographies, and workforce models.My expertise spans the full spectrum of human capital strategy: succession planning, executive talent management, compensation design, equity and inclusion, employee relations, and organizational culture. I’ve partnered with leaders in manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to navigate change, drive engagement, and build resilient teams. Whether stewarding M&A transitions or cultivating grassroots community ventures, I bring a disciplined, collaborative approach rooted in values and vision.Currently, I serve as Board Chair for Christian Youth Theater (CYT) Dallas, where I lead strategic planning, financial sustainability, and governance to empower youth through arts education. I also serve on the Advisory Board at Howard University College of Engineering and Architecture and board member at Grace Community Church.
