About Tim Goatcher
I manage major energy transition, refining, and petrochemical projects and scope development, with a proven track record covering both new greenfield sites, and new units and revamps within existing sites, in scale ranging for one third to multi-billion US$ investment. I\'ve spent much of the last 25 years in this field, covering from scouting through to start-up, initially mainly refining projects, but the more recently my focus has been biofuels, carbon capture and hydrogen projects. With more than 30 years experience in total I have also worked in several other refining roles, including operations technical support, both based at the operating site and from regional offices, and margin improvement studies.
