I founded Netiro to rethink how executive search and people advisory should work in today’s world. Traditional models often limit flexibility, trust, and fairness, but I believe people thrive when they’re empowered to deliver, rewarded for their impact, and part of a like-minded community.Netiro works across sectors, with two growing service lines: Executive Search and People Advisory. We partner with businesses to hire and develop leaders in critical functions, CEO, COO, HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing, roles that shape strategy and drive growth.Personally, I have a strong track record in senior lateral hires for Legal and Accounting, and I now apply that same expertise to a broader mix of leadership and business functions.
