ABOUT TIM GAYDOS

I am an Executive in Charge of Production and Line Producer with multiple credits in Non-scripted Television including Pilots, Competition Series, Dating Shows, House Reality, Gameshows, Live Music, Stand-up Comedy, Magic Specials, Children\'s programs, Puppetry, and Cooking shows. Complex budgeting, Producing, logistics, and post production are among many of my skills. I am based in Los Angeles and I can travel to any assignment. As an experienced television professional with many years of experience as an accomplished Executive in Charge of Production and Line Producer, I have been continually freelancing with many successful production companies and networks on live and taped televised series, specials, and pilots. I specialize in all facets of pre-production, production, and post-production including managing the administrative, personnel, human resources, financial, technical, legal, and all production logistics. My leadership experience includes accomplishments in operation management, production logistics, complex budgeting, accounting procedures, legal contracts, union requirements, detailed, scheduling, and cost reporting. I manage every cost, oversee talent, production and crew staffing, safety, compliance, legal, and insurance requirements. My goal is always to run a smooth operation by collaborating with clients, vendors, colleagues, and production partners. It\'s always rewarding to grasp creative ideas, figure out how to produce them, and to take action bringing them to life. I constantly stay involved and work directly with network executives, talent and contestant sensitivities, negotiate contracts, unions & guild requirements, technical aspects of production, and administrative responsibilities. My focus is always to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks. I am passionate about new ideas and sharing my knowledge with others throughout my projects. I love what I do, and I especially enjoy working with the incredibly talented professional partners of network executives, production staffs, crew, and vendors. I like being part of the teamwork and enthusiasm throughout the entire production process. There’s nothing more rewarding than to oversee a project from development to air. Working on location and traveling is a benefit which I truly enjoy. Hard work, following up, communicating well with others, and working long hours is all very part of my nature, too. As a 20+ year member of the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences, I am committed to excellence and the evolving innovations within our industry.
