Responsible for managing and leading a team with all facets of Hill\'s Pet Nutrition Retail Agency Partner and with key Military and Government Accounts. Collaboration with Accounts and Customer Leadership both at headquarter location and in the field with alignment internally across multiple functions. Management of our Military sales and for Government contracts (Police/military dog feeding, municipal shelters, etc). • Leadership/Strategic Planning • Provide total leadership to direct reports and Agency RetailPartners by directing and translating brand strategies and customer priorities into optimal retailstore conditions for maximum sales results and share growth. • Develop the communication process between Agency partners, Customer DevelopmentTeams, and direct reports. • Formulate specific action plans to address issues and maximize opportunities for best inclass in-store communication. • Lead strategy for the Agency retailer engagement focusing on 6P management of thetargeted retailers. • Lead strategy for our Military based Retailers to drive optimal performance.In-Store Execution • Manage operational relationships to maximize support of in-store execution includingretail meetings coordinated by department and conducted in conjunction with internalstakeholders. • Lead the team by directing and translating brand strategies and customer priorities into optimal retail store conditions for maximum sales results and share growth within theassigned retail environments/customers. • Manage the communication process between the commercial teams. • Operational Effectiveness • Develop Retail Agency relationships with all levels of management to gain alignment and maximum performance.
