Promoted to Convention Center Director of Production January 2016. I oversee the labor management of IATSE 134 stagehands and work closely with our in-house audiovisual partner LMG. I have recently managed the renovation of the San Jose Convention Center Exhibit Halls rigging, lighting and audio systems and written and implemented a Rigging and Overhead Safety Policy. The new Grand Ballroom is an amazing technologically advanced space and in recently renovated beautiful venue. Everyone is very positive and focused on a positive working environment in this quickly growing and ever changing and challenging area. I\'m am very happy to have landed here.
