Financial executive and investor with more than a decade of experience working with middle-market industrial businesses. As Chief Financial Officer, Tim oversees all finance, treasury, and accounting activities, is responsible for information technology activities of Lawton Standard, and leads the Company’s merger and acquisition efforts.Tim joined Lawton from Oakland Standard Co, where he serves as a Principal responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments on behalf of the firm. Tim was previously a Vice President with private equity firms Superior Capital Partners and Glencoe Capital and began his career in investment banking with Houlihan Lokey in Chicago.Tim holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He lives in Beverly Hills, Michigan with his wife and three children, and serves as a chauffeur to various youth sports events on nights and weekends.
