I am a sales process expert, operations leader, and learning and development facilitator with over 30 years of experience managing and coaching teams in best-in-class techniques to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.As an automotive industry and results enthusiast, I enjoy guiding individuals to meet their objectives through tried and true methods that align with and fulfill customer needs and company objectives.As a sales manager at Coastline Chrysler Dodge, I mentored a sales team of twelve associates in customer service best practices, sales processes, and proven techniques to reach their monthly quotas.While a training and development manager for AutoNation\'s Western Region for 11 years, I partnered with up to 21 dealerships to determine what sales, service, product, or operations training would help their teams deliver their strategic goals. As retail and operations training and development manager from 2007 to 2016, I helped the team reach new heights in performance and capture several million dollars a month more in gross sales.Then, while focusing on F&I training and development, I guided the team to boost their sales volume and annual sales revenue by more than several million dollars.While a finance manager and director for AutoNation from 2001 to 2005, I built my strength in financial services operations and gained the analytical experience necessary to balance controlling financial risks with maximizing profits.
