ABOUT TIM FENTON
Tim joined Kendall Kingscott in 2002 for his year-out placement, returning as a graduate in 2004. He became a RICS member in 2006 and qualified as an APM accredited Project Manager in 2015. Tim has held a wide range of senior roles at KK, and his dedication, leadership skills, and trusted client relationships led to his appointment to the Board of Directors in 2018. In his role as Executive Director, Tim is heavily involved in national strategy and business development as well as leading operations across the South-West. Tim has been pivotal to business growth over the last 10 years which has seen turnover increase from £6m - £20m. He is committed to creating an environment where colleagues thrive, nurturing future leaders who share the company’s values, and championing work experience, mentoring, and charitable initiatives.Away from work, Tim enjoys an active coastal life in Devon with his family - regularly attending park run, sailing as well as socialising with friends, campervan trips and dog walks to the beach.
