   A recognized leader in testing, inspection, and product certification for over 40 years, Element Cincinnati provides high capacity service to customers across a unique range of industries, including aerospace, biomedical, industrial manufacturing, power generation, and transportation. • Source and recruit for various positions within the Aerospace East sector. • Coordinate candidate interviews and ensure that all required forms and applications are obtained prior to interviews. • Partner with management to provide direction on recruiting strategies. • Conduct weekly on-boarding HR presentations and coordinate all first day activities with local management. • Respond to HR related employee questions in a timely manner and follow-up on pending items related to: training, policy acknowledgements, benefits and pre-employment activities. • Compile and collect weekly time sheet reports and distribute to location management. Ensure that location management is following up outstanding time keeping documentation.
