Timothy D.(Tim) Ervine is Manager of Health and Safety for Duke Energy Corporation. While there, he capitalized on the overlap of these functions and led efforts to merge and integrate like functions. With 33 years of professional experience, Mr. Ervine specializes in integration of health and safety processes into the lines of business, risk analysis and control, senior leadership development, safety leadership, safety culture and safe behavior improvement, heavy construction and hazard identification, analysis and control. He is also responsible for overseeing the management of contracts, conducting incident investigations, rigging, scaffolding, behavioral and cultural development and improvement, and overseeing root cause analysis. Ervine has seen a consistent reduction of injuries within all companies, projects and business units that he\'s supported throughout his career.
