Training materials (videos and training documents) are also developed using Camtasia and other tools. Training content is uploaded, assigned and available to employees to learn via our FBM Academy LMS.Growth has been the primary focus for FBM. Over 50 businesses with approximately 300 branches have been acquired since 2013. Successful training of the new employees in FBM’s solutions and operational processes has been my primary responsibility and critical to the success of the company.
