ABOUT TIM DICKMAN

As a Team Lead, Production Security at Rivian, I am responsible for providing physical security coverage, de-escalating and mitigating threats, and ensuring the safety and comfort of Rivian employees and executives. I collaborate with cross-functional partners, perform protective advances and route planning, and conduct vulnerability assessments and audits. I have successfully adapted and thrived in an exceptionally flexible security environment, demonstrating leadership, agility, and integrity.I am also a former Army Veteran and a current MBA student at Illinois State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. I have developed data science and information systems skills through my academic coursework and certifications, such as Developing Self-Awareness, Leading with a Growth Mindset, and 20 Habits of Executive Leadership. I am a hardworking, mission-driven, and eager to learn professional, who is goal-oriented and committed to solving problems strategically. I am passionate about protecting my family and community, and advancing my career in security and business.
