Azimuth is a management consultancy focusing on the strategic development of small and medium sized enterprises. Typically we focus on turnaround or fast growth businesses and help the senior team to develop a strategy for profitable growth. We are frequently invited to help implement that strategy, and occasionally take an executive role. We work with businesses in all sectors but have significant experience in Food and Drink, Professional Services, Construction, Manufacturing and Charities. Most of our clients export or plan to.
