I lead the Lifecycle Services team for the startup AGV OEM, Oceaneering Mobile Robotics. Leveraging past experiences and building cross business relationships to build the aftermarket operations for the North American division, based out of Orlando. Having deployed nearly a thousand vehicles so far, OMR had taken on its newest and largest product launch to date. I was responsible for the largest project at OMR partnering with a key industry integrator and support in these high-demand industrial environments, where uptime is non-negotiable and decisions must be fast, data-driven, and scalable. In this role, I’ve built and executed a full-spectrum maintenance program from scratch—designed to perform under pressure and evolve with business needs.Operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting, I make daily business-critical decisions that impact client satisfaction, operational continuity, and long-term asset performance. I thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly, and build systems that turn chaos into clarity. I have used this experience to build systems that scale, and drive results in environments that demand speed, precision, and vision. I’m ready to bring that mindset to executive leadership—where strategy meets execution and legacy is built through action.
