ABOUT TIM DAVIS

I am a Clinical Psychologist, Family Psychotherapist, and author with over 25 years of experience specializing in child, adolescent, couples, and family therapy. My specialties include parenting, conflict resolution, and male development across the life span. I was an adjunct member of the faculty of Harvard Medical School for twenty-five years, where I also conducted research on male development at the renowned Study of Adult Development.I have published articles on attachment, resilience, and child psychotherapy. My writing has been recognized with the Menninger Award of the American Psychoanalytic Association and the Deutsche Prize of the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. I am author of the recently released book Challenging Boys: A Proven Plan for Keeping Your Cool and Helping Your Son Thrive from Rowman & Littlefield an imprint of Bloomsbury Press.
