About Tim Danker
Tim is the Chief Executive Officer of SelectQuote Insurance Services, America’s largest independent term life insurance agency focused on direct-to-consumer insurance distribution for the country’s leading insurance carriers for Life, Auto and Home and Senior Health insurance. In addition to assuming overall leadership for the SelectQuote organization, Tim continues to serve as President of the Life insurance division. Tim founded and led SelectQuote Auto & Home, one of the country’s largest direct-to-consumer property and casualty insurance brokerages. In 2007, before coming to SelectQuote, Tim co-founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Spring Venture Group (SVG), a high-growth national direct-to-consumer insurance brokerage in the Senior Health, Auto and Home and Life insurance markets. During his tenure at SVG, Tim held overall P&L responsibility and leadership for the incubation, growth and results of United Medicare Advisors (senior health) and SelectQuote Auto & Home. Through Tim’s leadership, SVG produced significant revenue and profitability growth as well as the successful sale of the auto and home business to SelectQuote Insurance Services in 2012.Tim has held several leadership positions in business development, corporate finance, sales management and international business for both Cerner Corporation and Sprint. In 2012, he was honored as part of Ingram’s Magazine “Forty Under 40.” Tim earned his Business Degree from the University of Missouri and his MBA from the University of Kansas.
