ABOUT TIM CUNNINGHAM

As the Chief Information Officer at Grange Insurance, I lead IT strategy and execution for one of the largest regional insurers in the US, with over $1.3 billion in annual revenue. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, I have held CTO and Managing Director roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where I managed global teams and delivered innovative solutions across various business lines.My expertise includes digital transformation and modernization, fostering a culture of innovation, service management, software project management, and IT infrastructure management. I am passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, such as generative AI, to enhance customer experiences, optimize business processes, and create new value propositions. I hold certification in AI: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management. My mission is to drive IT excellence and innovation at Grange Insurance and empower our professionals to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions for our policyholders, agents, and associates.In addition to my professional role, I am a Board Member(since 2018) and the Board Chair of the Alzheimer’s Association Central Ohio Chapter since January 2021. I have also been an Advisory Board Member to Reeb since 2018. I was recognized as a Large Corporate Finalist for the Ohio CIO of the Year ORBIE award in 2022 and 2023 for outstanding leadership, management effectiveness, and business value created through technology innovation. Additionally, in 2019 I was the recipient of COMSPARK Central Ohio Tech Power Player Award and Columbus Business First’s C-Suite “Most Admired Executive Award” in 2018.
