I focus on advising high-net-worth individuals on tax & estate planning issues. In particular, I help clients to arrange their affairs in such a way as to minimise inheritance tax. I prepare complex wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney. I also advise non-UK resident and non-UK domiciled clients on the UK tax issues they may face. Finally I assist clients through the probate process and help them to make use of the various exemptions, reliefs and other options that are available to minimise the amount of inheritance tax payable. I am a Full member of STEP and have been recommended in the Legal 500. I also hold the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients.
